The first church that we know thanks to archaeological research was built by the Marcionites, as the inscription says: “athering place [synagoge] of the Marcionites of the village of Lebabon of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ under the leadership of Paul the presbyter” and is dated 318–319 . This inscription is evidence not only of the continuation of the Marcionite movement into the fourth century, but of the benefits it received from the toleration extended to all Christian sects. The use of the word Marcionite, a term of opprobrium to other Christianity, shows the veneration in which the founder was held. The Marcionites founded this church themselves.
On the list of Larry Hurtado’s Manuscripts, there is only one, which is attributed to the Marcionites P.69, and it is not entirely known whether it is a fragment of *Ev or Luke.
Therefore, the great church organization that was the first to build churches whenever possible after 313CE, for 200 years used the shortest gospel and Paul’s epistles reduced to 10 in an abbreviated form.
While everyone else was writing gospels, letters, apocalypses and romances, the Marcionites wrote nothing with iron consistency.

Just how to say it to keep a straight face. This scenario is unlikely.

The conflict between Marcion and other unknown leaders was on one level. Building religious content was on another level. Both sides used the same content resources and both sides created these resources. Anonymously, of course. The content was the same, the “historical” Christ created was the same, the interpretations certainly differed, but the organizations were heading towards a merger. And this one happened.

What biblical scholars create on the basis of accusations against Marcion is a reconstruction of the ingenuity of the accusers. Nothing more.
Coming back to the beginning of consolidation – Christ in Nicene Creed is so Pauline, outdated, indefinite. As if someone had deliberately left a loophole for theologically less developed ones.
The gate was closed in Constantinople in 381 CE. Then Christ was further defined by Mary and Pilate. Previously, Athanasius was the first to select books for use in the area under his jurisdiction. After all, the empire made him a judge like all other bishops in 318 CE.
