I am an ex-Christian and a card-carrying UnbelieverTRANS FOLKS ARE OF THE DEVIL!!!
My advice to Christians is simple.
This is the problem with sacred scripture.
hahaha, lmao, do you even?
>I’m an atheist trans, let me tell you why your scripture is false and how to practice your religion
this is what you wrote me ** you do not have permission to see this link **:

Dan, I looked at your site. It’s the usual sort of drivel.
Look my friend, when the Revolution comes and everyone is either Gay or Trans, we will confine you and people like you to reeducation camps constructed out of the states of Mississippi and Oklahoma, where you will be subjected to Beyonce videos and Hip Hop music until you come to Higher Consciousness.
Skipping the part where this might be considered an inciting to violence and to rape/sodomy, which is against the law even in US, this comment reflects a very deeply disturbed individual. Usually, on forums, such comments will spur insta-bans if not even more, like to be added on a list by Feds. This forum is unusual: I think most of the forum users have problems and seem to worship Bart in a sorts of cult fashion. I don’t think I will hang around here much longer.
Let me tell you a little secret: a huge chunk of people with mental disorders, around 50%, not that much to be considered a rule, but enough not to be negligible, hate God. That’s how their insanity is expressed: as a hate towards God, towards Christians, towards the Bible. They dream of torturing these people, putting them in camps, sodomizing them, destroying their intellectual faculties with music or video torture – in fact, you used correctly the term “re-education”. It means lobotomy trough torture and it was practiced by communists and bolsheviks on Christians.
Let me tell you another one but I’d think it will be [DELETED] by the moderators. About the same, a large chunk of serial killers, experienced sexual dysphoria. In fact, it was so established, that students of Criminology were learning about this at the University, before the woke ideology wave, that declared this to be hateful of a minority. We even have a movie Silence of the Lambs that depict this phenomenon. Even Uncle Ted, despite having a right-wing “based” cultish fan base, was mere inches to transition. You can also look in the recent school shootings, especially the one that shot a Catholic School.
You want to hear the 3rd fact? The suicide rate for trans is about… the same. 50%. Again, it’s not that big enough to be considered a rule for generalization; but it’s impossible to dismiss it. It’s just too much.
Do you want my “personal opinion” on the subject matter? Well, I think you have problems. I wish to tell you to go get help, but I think that “help” is not actually helping and I would strongly recommend you to steer clear of SSRIs. SSRIs seem to make things worse. I would say by the contrary, to accept suffering and pain. To somehow try to get at peace with God, religion and Christianity and Christians. Stop posting on this forum completely. Cut your social time spending to 1 hr daily. Go in parks, listen to classical music.
And take heed of this advice, because you might end up hurting yourself or others. That’s not what a real Atheist would speak like. A real Atheist wouldn’t care about the Bible, the church, Christians and so on. He just… wouldn’t care. At all. He would be interested in different hobbies, books, games etc. He’s not trying to debate Christians. But you’re not really an Atheist. You just hate God. Starting several millennia ago up until a mere century ago, you would’ve been labeled as a “demoniac” or “possessed by the Devil”.
So long.
The most important news this week is inevitably being drowned out by Current Events.

Interestingly, this report is being criticized in some quarters as a “call to apathy”, since it could be seen as indicating that it’s too late to do anything. But folks, our adequate response time is narrowing every year and more and more any mitigation will require increasingly draconian measures. You don’t want to get to the point where the only solution is to immediately abandon fossil fuels. How likely is that? The sober truth is that we have options our grandchildren won’t. Luckily for us we won’t be around to explain why, when we knew what would happen, we did nothing.

Revelation 11:17-18
“We give thanks to You, O Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign. 18 …and to destroy those who destroy the earth.”
But of course there is an even more terrible judgement. To let nature take it’s course.

Well, regardless, we shouldn’t be destroying this Earth.
Well, in truth, the earth is not in danger. It has been rolling along for billions of years and will survive for billions more. What we are destroying is our place on the earth which got along fine before us and will do so after us. What is happening is best described, not as a murder, but as a suicide.

gambling? I see where Europe (in general) has sort of slacked on its climate protocols due to economic disadvantage. Well who can blame? Change will take enormous investment in life style change and use of resources. I don’t think any one person or small group of voices can effect that.
Everybody wants to go to the moon. Geez.

I guess it’s not the Earth itself that is in danger, but the surface of the Earth and what makes it habitable. It’s suicide, but in the process, we are going to take an awful lot of other life forms with us. It is the “murder” of a real lot of other life forms as well.
I’m not one of these – everybody go freeze, starve, and die – environmentalists. But I do think we should do everything we possibly can to avoid global catastrophe.
From a conservative point of view, we are going to need all the forms of energy that we can produce in order to have a balanced, peaceful, and sustainable future.
It goes without saying that clean, sustainable, nonpolluting energy forms are the best and the best for creating a sustainable and decent future. Conservation and non-wasteful practices are also very important here.
Is it murder or suicide or both? Either way, I don’t think it’s a good idea.
Agreed. Perhaps we will wise up and do like the rest of nature and derive our energy from that big beautiful blazing ball in the sky.
What is the old cynic’s quote?
Humans can always be counted on to do the right thing. After they’ve tried everything else.
The problem is that we’re really lousy at deferring short term pleasures for long term gains.

Why is it that we have to try everything else first?
One problem is that it’s not just about our short term pleasures, though that’s an issue as well.
It’s also about our short term real life and death survival needs. People need food today, not a week or a month or two from now. People need shelter, not next weekend, but right now. People need clothing; it’s not an option, it’s an immediate need. There are real parts of this world where heat is a real life-and-death need. There’s also transportation, which a lot of people need to get the things that they really, really need. Then there’s infants and children who have a whole lot of real needs, and which is entirely another subject.
All we can do is do the best we can and make the transitions as best and as quickly as we can. Hopefully there are enough people doing this so we can make things better in and on real time.

A sustainable transition cannot mean that people have to give up their basic security in order to secure a livable future. But that does not mean there will be no sacrifices. Where sacrifices are unavoidable, protecting basic needs means that we should look first to consumption that is discretionary rather than necessary.
In other words, Stephen’s criticism of short-term pleasure still stands. But we should be careful not to call survival “pleasure.” Otherwise we risk protecting the pleasures of those with room to adjust by making those with very little room pay for the transition.

Agreed! Very well put. Thank You.
Perhaps we need to find a better word than “pleasure” to indicate or describe what we are referring to, however?
Things as simple as taking a walk in the sun or shade can be a pleasure.
There are other things that are good for us and the planet that are pleasures that are not at all harmful and can even be positive and sustainable.
Being in harmony, in harmony with the earth, nature, JC, or an HS can be a pleasure.
I had a word in my head when I started writing this, but now I’m not remembering it.
‘Essential energy use’ or ‘Essential energy usage’ (EEU) might work? Idk
Maybe think about it for a while and then get back to the question?
Well an obvious example of what I’m referring to is the widespread popularity in the US of SUVs and Pick-ups. These vehicles are tremendously damaging to the environment because they burn more fuel and create more pollution than smaller cars. A little research illustrates the gravity of the situation. SUVs emit roughly 14% to 20% more CO₂ than smaller, midsize passenger cars. The BBC notes that if global SUVs were their own country, they would rank as the world’s fifth-largest emitter of CO₂! The fuel-saving technology present in all modern engines gets canceled out simply because these vehicles are so heavy and large.
Even their manufacture is a bigger drain on resources. Building a massive pickup or SUV requires more steel, aluminum, and rubber than building a sedan. Producing larger vehicles generates a heavier carbon footprint before the car even leaves the factory floor! Because they weigh more, heavy vehicles shed more rubber and brake dust into our air, soil, and water. And their manufacture allows producers to skate by environmental regulations. These large vehicles are classified in the same way as commercial work vehicles so the fuel economy and emissions rules are much looser.
Yet these vehicles are among the most popular. They are advertised as quintessentially American demonstrations of financial success. But they are perfect images of cultural denial. Dig hole in the sand. Insert head.
Seventy Five years from now when cultural historians run SUV and pickup commercials, will it be any wonder that they think we were out of our frigging minds? We’re killing our great-grandchildren so we can haul our fat asses around in a living-room on wheels!

I don’t know about Pickups, but the thing about SUVs is that a lot of people buy & use them to protect their children. And people aren’t gonna give that up for nothing.
I get what you’re saying, but I see the other side’s point in this as well.
