I just noticed that no one ever responded to this question. If you want to look at actual apologetic harmonizations, check out Norman L. Geisler & Thomas Howe, The Big Book of Bible Difficulties (Baker Books 2008) or Gleason C. Archer, Encyclopedia of Bible Difficulties 347-56 (Zondervan 1982).

These books are truly impressive collections of Crabtree’s Bludgeons: “No set of mutually inconsistent observations can exist for which some human intellect cannot conceive a coherent explanation, however complicated.” I don’t know that any skeptic or critical scholar has ever written a systematic rebuttal to these attempts to defend biblical inerrancy.

One of the older ones is: “Difficulties in the Bible: Alleged Errors and Contradictions” by R. A. Torrey.
