What is the Spirit up to in my life? Dealing with the United Methodists who are upset that 100+ Lesbian, Gay, and Bisexual ministers have come out. The hatred is quite intense. Here is an episode of my battle.

JStiekes, the Psalmist said, Lord, your face I will seek. Yet, Jesus asked to be remembered in the end with a defeatist and atheistic act: cannibalism and drinking blood. In the end, Jesus saw the destruction of His Father’s House of Prayer. So, he could no longer believe in the God who had forsaken Him and the Temple.

 

What happens when a man loses his God, the man becomes God, which is what happened with Jesus.

 

The destruction of the Temple and the loss of three Jewish Roman Wars was no longer God punishing His people, it was a Local God being defeated. When your Father dies in battle, you have to stop believing he is still alive. The Act of Communion was and is an act of grief/mourning/letting go.

 

What? the Gospel of John says Jesus asked for body and blood remembrance before the last supper and lost many disciples because the teaching was too hard for them? Yes, that is what that gospel says. After Jesus’ oh-too-true parables, the one about the wicked tenant farmers, were envisioned by him, once he knew that his inspiration: Son of Man Movement to Kingdom of Righteousness/God/Heaven would end with the wicked tenant farmers killing the Son of this Farm Promised Land followed by the Promised Land Owner’s Temple being destroyed, he could not let a dead God’s face look upon him or his former people who suffered in the Roman defeat of Galilee and the Roman defeat of Jerusalem. My dead father’s physical face cannot look upon me anymore. His spirit can put on his old face if I see him in vision, dream, or memory. But the face of a God of Centuries was not a physical face when that God was alive. Now, with that God dying when a father could not save a son, and when that God loses his House of Prayer, his altar of sacrifice, when his priests were killed in the Temple, we accept that God’s death and that God’s burial such that his face cannot look upon us anymore.

 

How the Mighty has fallen.

 

That’s our lesson from Jesus’ Communion.

  

Well, let me start by saying, as my very first post, there are a few topics in this post i’ll be covering.  There in the first paragraph around i see the LGBT calling a choice of another hating.  Let me forever go on to say that the BIBLE is the most sold book in the world .  Statistically accurate and for that reason we know it’s importance.  Tome it’s TRUTH.  I find in the BIble, there is NOFEAR in love.  Most hatred stems from jealousy.  I do  not fear a gay person, i love gay people as JEsus would.  These LGBT need someone to trust and turn to.  And say “try Jesus”  and see what happens.  No labels.  NO words, just JEsus.
