Is there a historicly documented/interpreted/analysed connection of the Gentile Christian theophagy (eucharist, that is to ritually drink the blood of divine Christ and to ritually eat the flesh of divine Christ) to the Mithras cult or another ancient religion or cult in which (human?) blood and human flesh being ritually consumed?
