Not “oldest” in the sense meant by this thread but I recently took advantage of one of the recent sales from ** you do not have permission to see this link ** and purchased Pottery Poetry & Prophecy by David Noel Freedman, a collection of essays about the earliest Hebrew poetry we find in the Bible.

Hi, Daniel. In general, the Samaritan Pentateuch harmonizes the differences that are found in the two versions of the 10 commandments in Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5 in the Masoretic text and adds the Mt Gerazim 10th commandment. In the Qumran texts, there’s hardly anything preserved from the Exodus 20 version of the 10 commandments, while the texts associated with the Deuteronomy version of the 10 commandments at Qumran tend to agree with the Masoretic text and do not have the Mt Gerazim 10th commandment. There may be some harmonization in the Sabbath commandment, but that is a general scribal phenomenon not exclusive to the Samaritan Pentateuch. If you have a more specific question about these texts, I can look them up and quote them for you.
Thank you very much
