Is there one good academic history book covering the Old Testament – text analysis, author information, historical context, tie-ins to New Testament, etc.? Real history, not Sunday School stuff. Thanks!

No, there is not one good academic history book covering the Old Testament.
How many books are there in the Old Testament?
History books covering the Old Testament must include Egyptology including the Amarna letters.

I’m the author of Historical Accuracy (Steve Campbell).
My bibliography for the Hebrew Bible includes many books.
