Can a reason it be pieced together that explains why the Sadducees did not believe in the resurrection of the dead?

Were the passages about a resurrection of the dead added to the books long after the supposed prophet existed?

Was the resurrection of the dead invented by scribes shortly before the Maccabean war as ancient war propaganda?

@Robert

Do you suspect that Sadducees knew that the resurrection of the dead prophecies were forgeries, interpolations, and that’s why they didn’t accept those books as having equal authority to Torah?
