So now we can approach in what context this answer to ANE mythology is made. Is it a response made after the writings of Berrossus and Manetho near 300 BCE provide consolidated materials, or did the unattested schools of Iron age Israel and Judah produce Genesis 1-11 to answer to various mythologies from various places?
