I recently came across an interesting video to share
In summary, the speaker is presenting his research trying to identify the first times that we can verify that the rituals and customs of Judaism were being performed. He acknowledges that this dating likely does not capture the earliest date; it only captures an approximate time for which there is evidence that Judaism was being practiced as a religion

Option 1: Joseph and his 11 brothers?
Option 2: Moses after the Passover (Tabernacle and rituals of the Torah)
Is the video going with before Moses or after Moses?
Occasionally one of these YouTube academics actually turn out to be worth watching. Justin Sledge at his Esoterica channel asks

And he provides a terrific bibliography.

How does one define Judaism, to even begin to state when that belief aligns with ancient customs.
For example, (1)lack of pig bones in archeological digs of trash heaps date to 1100 BCE.
And (2) Jews are restricted from eating pig according to the Torah.
Does the lack of pig bones mean the Torah was in effect, or did the Torah simply write out a long adhered custom as law and attribute it to Moses?
