The ε as a prefix indicates a past tense verb.
ποιεω is the root word spelling. The ω is like a 1st person pronoun as a suffix on the root spelling. εποιεω “I create”
The εω becomes a η for some reading I do not follow. ποιη
Next the suffix ησεν, or ης εν needs to be parsed.
σεν is in the Active Voice, 3rd person singular which means the Subject:God does the action of the Verb:create
If however it could be parsed as ης εν:
ης is in the Passive Voice, 2nd person singular which means the Subject:you have the action of the Verb:create done to you.
It means God created you inside God.
εποιης εν ο θεός
εν is The Preposition that exists inside the Circle. εν as a preposition is a location and movement inside the Circle.
