Would a professional scholar use the phrase 100% certain?
A person with a degree in Anthropology stated that if the Exodus did happen, it is 100% certain that physical evidence would have been left behind (and found). My position is that a scholar wouldn’t use the phrase 100% certainty. There is always the possibility, no matter how remote, that physical evidence hasn’t been found yet, that physical evidence isn’t findable (i.e buried too deep or in an inaccessible location) or that it has been destroyed by exposure to the elements.
Thank you for your consideration.
