
All that is very interesting but what is even more so is Psalm 19: May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight. Is there a lot about
this in the New Testament or does Jesus make it plain enough with Mathew 5:28 to suffice once and for all?

Robert, recently we lost someone because of my thread drift! It makes me want to be really careful to just say something on the subject and only if it has some significance.

Ah Psalm 137, at verse 6, so far so good. Best not to proceed. Yahweh hadn’t invented mercy and forgiveness yet. That came later.
