I am wondering if Bart or any others scholars have determined the approximate time, covered by the Gospels, of Jesus’ life?

I understand that the Gospels approximate Jesus’ period of Ministry to 3 years, but if one were to add up all the accounts of Jesus’ actions, statements, preachings, healings etc, how much actual time of Jesus’ life is represented in the Gospels?  A few months’ worth, 6 months, two years, etc?  Can anybody assist in providing a total amount of time actually accounted for?
