Is anyone willing to discuss in a serious manner whether the Shroud of Turin could quite reasonably be the actual burial cloth of the historical Jesus?
I stick with the version that calls it a medieval production. I’m not willing to call it a forgery because forgery has the intent to deceive, while the Shroud may have been the result of a misguided attempt at producing an object of devotion. In any case, it doesn’t pass muster.
