The Historical Jesus (Composite Jesus) and the Placebo Jesus, Can the Former Be Made into a Placebo Jesus?

I personally prefer the Placebo Jesus who rescues the woman caught in adultery. That Jesus makes me feel good.

I write about and advocate the historical Jesus is a composite Jesus. The composite Jesus approach to exploring the historical Jesus is a valuable and rewarding area of study in the historical accuracy of the New Testament.

I remember being told that when one chants, the truth of the words chanted are not of highest importance. In fact, the sounds do not have to form words or phrases.

Placebo Jesuses are Thought Forms.
Historical Jesuses, the people components, have spirits. There is a place where spirits go after death or between incarnations.
(The same cannot be said about thought forms. Thought forms and human spirits are two separate entities. One could say thoughts forms are created by human individuals and groups but human spirits are created on a different order.)

The Placebo Jesus is a subjectively perfected idealization about which people can have tremendous convictions. These people experience hope and healing.

The Historical Composite Jesus is not idealized.

The Historical Composite Jesus is not idealized.

Character One
One may argue, without idealization, religion cannot cause people to aspire. Ideals are greater than us. Ideals and worship are a good pairing.

Have a sound grounding in accurate history. One cannot establish a line from Point A to Point B when Point A is not secure. A secure Point A may not go to a Point B to which one aspires.

You have not addressed something important.

The Biblical Jesus is idealized to have died for us. Well, if he has not done anything for us, why worship him?

Character One
For the church to adopt a historically accurate composite Jesus, those who go to church to be inspired to aspire will fall away.

Steefen
We would have institutions that are conservatories of pious people. Socrates would be equal to Jesus.

Character One
Is this how it ends, Steefen?

Steefen
All the pious men and women of the Catholic and Protestant churches cannot be counted given the falsehoods in their object of devotion, the biblical Jesus.

/ / Salvation never ends: Christianity never ends.

Character One
CATEGORICALLY! [Laughter] Categorically, it does not.

Rephrase: Can the former be made into the pill that is being taken? With it being historically accurate, it would no longer be a Placebo, but we would still need the person to have the same level of conviction creating hope and healing that was brought to the Placebo Jesus (own, personal Jesus).
