The gospels borrow heavily from the biographies of Julius Caesar and Augustus Caesar–Julius Caesar deified, and son of that god, Augustus Caesar.

Why did the Jewish Temple authorities cry and tear their clothes when Jesus said he was the son of the Blessed One Mark 14: 61? Because they were old enough to know God and Son of God was recent Roman History–Romans, especially the soldiers who fought for them, were still worshiping Julius Caesar and Augustus Caesar as gods. The whole “new notion” of the Jews having a man-god, Jesus is Roman-ization upon Judaism, Hellenistic Roman-ization upon Judaism, the gospels copied Hellenistic Roman theology [Emperor worship!] onto Judaism, as a result Christianity in no way is a pure expression of Judaism.
