I was watching a video in which Dr. Ehrman pointed out that for the entire first half of Mark, no one (including family) seemed to know who Jesus was.
This seems peculiar in the context of the Birth narratives from other gospels. When Jesus was born…. you have angels, oriental kings following stars, virgin births….. How could Jesus family be confused about Jesus identity with all these amazing events?
How could (can) Christians reconcile the Bible as having a single unified narrative?
