FYI, our resident Flavian posts under the name STEEFEN.  I trust you will have no trouble finding his posts.  

I reject the view because it relies on too many ad hoc hypotheses and unfounded assumptions.  It is very entertaining to consider however. It is a case of “connecting the dots” taken just about as far as you can go.
