Is the Orthodox Study Bible sufficiently representative of what is considered Orthodoxy in the early christian movement? Is it the best reference for studying the difference in the two approaches to Christianity by comparing it to the non-orthodox translations? Will there really be a significant difference in interpretation? Yes, a lot of questions but related. Its a curious version of the New Testament.

Perhaps I am missing something, but if the question is about study Bibles, the two most recommended (by the people I am exposed to) are the Harper Collins Study Bible, which is now the SBL Study Bible, and the New Oxford Annotated Bible. The currently available New Oxford version is the NRSV Bible, with the edition based on the NRSVue scheduled to come out next year. The SBL version uses the NRSVue, I believe (I have the last Harper Collins edition but not the SBL which came out very recently).
