Mark uses participles in the conventional way that the rest of the new testament authors use them. There is no special Markan style.

I don’t see anything else in your post relevant to the question of whether the women were fleeing from what was in the tomb or fleeing from what was outside the tomb. I don’t think there’s any objections left unresponded to.

Mark may have had his own characteristic style, as everyone else does, but there’s nothing peculiar in his use of participles.
