Act 2:23 Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death;

What would Ehrman or other New Testament secular scholars say about Acts 2:23. Do they read exhaustive foreknowledge in this text? Or do they read God accomplishing His purposes?
