When it was originally written, how did Acts 9:36 read?

Acts 9:36
** you do not have permission to see this link **
(Berean Literal)
Now in Joppa there was a certain disciple named Tabitha,
which translated is called Dorcas.
She was full of good works and of alms that she continually did.
(Aramaic Bible in Plain English)
There was a female disciple whose name was Tabitha, in the city, Joppa.
She was rich in good works and in the charity which she was doing.

(She was full of good works and of alms that she continually did.)

She was doing the Lord’s work of good works and of alms.

(genitive of character and past-Progressive/2 aorist is same as Imperfect which has continuous aspect)
The plural genitive of character clause is used because of plural verb number not agreeing with the number of the subject.
