People using astronomy say that those passages predicted the birth of Jesus dating it to 11th of September. What are your thoughts?

Stephen i am not interested in astrology. I was wondering if Revelation 12:1-6 is talking about the birth date of Jesus or there is some other interpretation. Can you answer me this question or maby point me to a person who can. Thanks. 🙂

Revelation 12:1-6 is more about the birth of the church.

The blood of the lamb and the early martyrs has destroyed satan’s power in heaven.

He has been thrown down to earth where he will persecute the church for some time. But this will be short lived and soon the church will be vindicated.

This google result is saying, keep reading to verse 9.

This google result is saying, no, these verses are not about Mary and the birth of Jesus and are not about the birth of the church–quite the opposite:

Revelation is written in highly symbolic language.

When compared to the apocalyptic writings of the Gospels it stands alone by itself in its own universe.

That does not mean it does not have value.

No, Revelation 12:1-6 does not indicate when Jesus was born.

The woman on Revelation 12 is the fulfillment of the woman in Genesis 3, other scriptures refers to the woman as “the Jerusalem above.” These Scripture relate to one another.

Type-antetype is right method of interpretation in most cases.

Scripture interpret scripture. Bible verses in one part of the Bible often provide explanation of interpretation for another part of the Bible.

Bible is its own best interpreter. Otherwise “private interpretation”

Mystery Babylon’s interpretation and translations of the Bible is what Satan wants people to learn
