Well now, I’m happy to report that segregation has never worked. Not in the American South nor in Apartheid South Africa. Both sides of the divide suffer in their different ways. Both sides are damaged by the experience. A social/political ‘experiment’ that will take generations to mitigate the damage – and even then memory will ensure that the history of segregation will not be forgotten.
I’m pretty sure that Bart would not sanction segregation on his forum….He lives in the South (of America) and knows well it’s history. He recently visited South Africa so would have some knowledge of that country’s Apartheid past.
(as for myself – I lived many years in Apartheid South Africa – and post Apartheid South Africa – so I can tell you segregation benefits neither side……one cannot take away a man’s dignity except by losing ones own… )

Apartheid is indeed wrong. My new plan is just to ignore your posts and the responses to your posts. I call it discrimination.
