Did these former pagans worship in Jewish synagogues and offer sacrifices in the temple in Jerusalem in the first decades after the death of Jesus? I figure they must have participated in some of these practices. This is the reason the more conservative Jews would insist on circumcision. If they were not going to temple or synagogue why would they care?

There has never been one synagogue. Even in ancient times. There is even a Jewish joke. Why does a shipwrecked Jew build two synagogues on a deserted island?
To pray in one every day and never enter the other.
The largest synagogue in pre-war Warsaw was regularly spat on and cursed. Not by anti-Semitic goyim. By Orthodox Jews.
Titus would almost be late in conquering Jerusalem – the fighting between the factions was so fierce that any longer and they would have defeated themselves.
Deducing anything from Paul’s letters regarding Jewish tradition and relations within Judaism is funny because his accounts are simply caricatured and propagandistic. It literally scares you with the blade of a knife placed in a sensitive place.
