“have to do some homework on this: Ararat came after the flood”
The mountains of Ararat existed before the flood.
Noah’s flood didn’t result in the formation of any new mountains.
“People have done expeditions. What are the results of the expeditions?”
2 expeditions resulted in videotapes of a compartmented wooden structure high up in the mountains of Ararat, coated with pitch.

“No end to questions”
Do you believe there will ever be an end to new inventions requiring new patents?
** you do not have permission to see this link **
**Charles H. Duell** (Charles Holland Duell), U.S. Commissioner of Patents from 1898 to 1901, is the person most commonly associated with this claim.
He is widely (but incorrectly) credited with saying in 1899 something to the effect of:
**“Everything that can be invented has been invented.”**
The story often adds that he recommended closing or abolishing the Patent Office because no new patents would be needed.
### The reality
This is an **urban legend / apocryphal quote**. Extensive research (including by librarian Samuel Sass in the *Skeptical Inquirer* and by Quote Investigator) has found **no evidence** that Duell ever said or wrote anything of the kind. In fact, his actual 1899 and later statements show the opposite: he celebrated ongoing invention, noted the rapid growth in patents, and advocated strengthening the patent system. In 1902 he wrote that future advances would make previous ones “totally insignificant.”
### Possible origins of the myth
– A real but rhetorical remark by an earlier Commissioner, **Henry L. Ellsworth**, in his 1843 report to Congress: “The advancement of the arts, from year to year, taxes our credulity and seems to presage the arrival of that period when human improvement must end.” Taken out of context, this was later exaggerated.
– A joke in the British humor magazine *Punch* (1899 Almanack) about a patent clerk no longer being needed because “Everything that can be invented has been invented.”
– Later 20th-century books and articles that repeated and solidified the false attribution to Duell.
In short, the “guy who claimed that no new patents would be needed” is Charles H. Duell — but the claim itself is a long-debunked myth.

Is anybody aware of any erroneous allegations here?:
They Drilled Noah’s Ark and Hit a Layer So Hard It Broke the Drill – Redacted
** you do not have permission to see this link **
**Host:** Well, for thousands of years, one of the most extraordinary stories in the Bible has been the story of Noah, the great flood and an enormous ark that carried humanity and the animal kingdom through a global catastrophe. But what if some of the physical remnants of that ark actually survived? In eastern Turkey, not far from Mount Ararat, there is a massive 515-foot-long boat-shaped formation. Now, people have argued about it for decades. This is not new. You know, some people say it’s just an unusual geological formation, sort of like the face on the moon, the pyramids on the moon. Nothing to see here at all. Or is it something man-made buried beneath it, giving it this odd-shaped formation? Well, that debate has suddenly taken a dramatic new turn because researchers have been using advanced radar, underground imaging, drone footage, and now core drilling to look inside of this formation for the very first time. In fact, one of the core drilling machines hit something so hard it broke. So, they say they’ve detected strange geometric patterns, possible chambers and voids beneath the surface. Well, joining us now to talk about all of this is Lauren Witzke. She’s the director of marketing and fundraising for Noah’s Ark Scans. She’s been directly involved with this new investigation in Turkey, documenting exactly what’s happening on the ground. First of all, just at a high level, this is pretty darn exciting. Lauren, welcome to Redacted.
**Lauren Witzke:** Thank you so much for having me. And yes, it is very exciting times. Um, you know, I’ve been with Noah’s Ark Scans since last year and we’ve kept a lot of stuff quiet um as we were doing things behind the scenes. People don’t know that the study’s been shut down twice uh already because, you know, local opposition uh went complaining to the local governor in Turkey saying that a group of Americans were illegally excavating Noah’s Ark and all these things. But we actually in a landmark decision earlier this year, the Turkish government gave us permits and permission to study Noah’s Ark. Now, it was non-destructive studying um because it is a sacred site. It’s considered a national park to them. So, we were only allowed to do uh soil sampling, core drilling, uh which uh was up to, you know, uh 60 feet below the surface as well as um radar scanning. So what we did was we got the most advanced technology that we could to go out and study the ark while we were permitted. Um and it was—the results are just so exciting. But yes, it has been shut down twice. Um that’s why we kind of—you’re hearing about all this now because we had to keep everything on the down low. But we’ve been working on this for the last year.
**Host:** We’re going to cover like the what the skeptics are saying. We’re going to cover what the you know the the pro-Noah’s Ark crowd is saying. We’re going to go through all of it. I want to also share some of the brand new revelations that you’ve uncovered, which is pretty remarkable. Uh, but first, just again, how did you get involved with this? How did you come to want to be a part of searching for Noah’s Ark?
**Lauren Witzke:** So, it’s going to sound crazy. Uh, so last year, I think it was around Thanksgiving of last year, um, God just laid it on my heart. I—I just I don’t know why. I can’t explain it, and I sound like a crazy person um saying it out loud, but it was something that I just felt like I had to do. God laid it on my heart that I had something—it had something to do with Noah’s Ark. I don’t know what. So, I started researching. I started looking at all the candidates around the world that claimed they have Noah’s Ark and God led me to the Durupınar Formation. So, Noah’s Ark Scans, he was a one-man team. He—he’s lived out at the site for the last 30 years. His name is Andrew Jones. Um, and he basically is guardian of the site, the guardian of the ark is what we call him. Um, he gives tours. Uh it wasn’t really well known uh that it was you know the considered the resting place of Noah’s Ark. You know we hear all these different um claims that they have the ark on Mount Ararat. Um which is impossible because you know the Bible says that the ark rested on the mountains of Ararat which is plural. It’s a kingdom. It’s an ancient kingdom known as Urartu. So the mountains of Ararat was a region in a kingdom that Noah’s Ark landed. Uh Mount Ararat itself is a post-flood stratovolcano. So it came after the flood. Um so it’s impossible for it to be Noah’s Ark’s resting place. Um but the Durupınar formation, it was discovered by a Turkish captain um back in the 1950s. Uh his name was Captain Durupınar, hence the name. And you know he saw this massive boat-shaped formation amongst uh you know all the rolling hills out there. Now people do try to claim oh there’s tons of boat-shaped formations out there. Yes, there is lava flow that has created what looks like boat-shaped formations um about 19 kilometers away. It is not at the same site. It’s not even close to the same site and it’s a result of lava flow. What we have is a boat-shaped formation that has maintained its shape as it has traveled down the mountain uh despite multiple mudslides, multiple earthquakes, it has remained intact. So we are—that’s why we are studying um focused on what’s beneath the surface. Now everything is encapsulated in mud flow. Um and it does look similar to other geological formations within the area but it’s not because what we have found beneath the surface. Not to mention the fact it’s the exact same dimensions mentioned in Genesis. So it’s 515 feet long which is 300 Egyptian cubits. It’s also 85 feet wide which is 50 Egyptian cubits exactly how the Bible—uh God told Noah to build the ark. Uh so what’s beneath the surface is we have found uh radar scans have found three tiers so three layers and in the book of Genesis it says build you know with three floors uh the ark and within the ark it’s just so complex the way that Noah designed it and you know these chambers and organized patterns and corridors that we have found um it’s—there’s the way he built it was there is this massive hallway that runs right through the dead center of the ark and then all the chambers and all the hallways break off and connect that one main hallway through the center. So that’s, you know, where we can imagine that Noah walked all the animals through. But that is what the radar scans show is that there’s a massive hallway through the center and then all the corridors break off from that center um hallway and then we found the three tiers. So the top tier of the ark, it’s decayed. I mean, it’s 4,300 years old. Um it is decaying. There’s not much of it left. But the two bottom tiers are what’s intact. And that is what we have found. Uh very clear uh a non-geological man-made structure beneath the surface and that I can 100% confirm is that it is 100% not geological. It is not a natural anomaly. It is a man-made structure beneath the surface of the Durupınar formation.
**Host:** So you’ve confirmed that now with core samples or scans. What’s—so what we have confirmed that with is with—
**Lauren Witzke:** So what we have confirmed that with is with Baktar radar. So Dr. Baktar. He is a US military defense scientist. We’re actually going to be releasing that information this week. So he uh we brought him out because you know we believe it’s Noah’s Ark. We wanted to put it to the ultimate test. We put it through rigorous testing and if any radar in the world can tell us what this is, it’s Baktar radar. So he used uh he works with the US military to identify um bombs that have not gone off yet that are underground. He helps the US defense identify Mexican cartel tunnels into the United States. Basically, what his radar does is it makes everything beneath the surface that is natural, whether it’s rock or dirt, completely invisible. So, you can only see beneath the surface what is not natural or um you know a geological um or mineralogy of some sort. So what he found beneath the surface and it’s interesting because you know he works with the US military and he found this man-made structure uh beneath the surface and he thinks it’s like—he won’t say it’s Noah’s Ark because he thinks it might be a space shuttle which almost makes you think okay what is he finding for the United States military where he thinks that Noah’s Ark is a space shuttle. He’s like oh you know I’m not going to say it’s Noah’s Ark because it could be a space shuttle. It’s like all right well what are you doing for the US military exactly but we can say that it is not a rock formation. No bedrock was found. No limestone was found. It is a man-made structure beneath the surface with very complex organized patterns.
**Host:** So complex organized patterns. It’s clearly human-made according to these scans. So what next? You’ve already started I know core sample drillings or drilling and one of the machines I saw from your post the other day broke. And first of all, maybe you can just describe where this is like this is not easy. This is not like next to a Costco where you have like a big parking lot you can just pull these machines into. Like this is not easy to get to, right? So, can you just describe the scene when you’re standing at this location?
**Lauren Witzke:** Sure. So, the drone footage and the photos just don’t do the ark justice. It is massive. It’s like climbing up a hike just to get up to the top of the ark because just the exposed rims themselves are like I don’t know 15 feet high. It is. And it’s like steep. So, it’s a hike itself to get up there. It’s also not to mention out in the mountains of uh you know eastern Turkey. So you have to you know go up these trails to get to the formation in the first place. Um they do have drivers. They do have a tourist center up there. So people do go up there often. It is easy to get to. Um now with you know modern cars and four-wheel drive and all that. However, you know, at one point I’m sure it was extremely hard to get to, but it is just massive. And then you stand on top of the ark and you just overlook the valley and the whole mountains of Ararat region. And you have to imagine like what Noah saw when he came off that ark and just like saw total destruction after the catastrophic flood. Like you can just see for miles and miles and it’s just really a surreal place. So you go there, it looks like a boat. It looks like a giant shipwreck in person. Um you know, even if you were just looking at it visually, you’d be like, “Okay, yeah, this is a shipwreck.” But then you know the scientific studies on top of that uh we have core drilling which you know we did uh the core drill broke—the bit broke. It went down you know it was plowing through rock all the dirt it was hitting everything uh and just no problem and then it hit a floor that was so hard that the core drill bit like shattered.
**Host:** Do we know what the floor was made out of? What would cause—taking that for testing?
**Lauren Witzke:** Okay. Yes, we are taking that for testing, but we do suspect that um well, the scientists suspect that it was petrified wood. Uh because petrified wood is so much harder and it’s so much more dense than rock itself. And that’s because, you know, wood is porous. So when it absorbs all those minerals and water and it hardens and it petrifies, it becomes harder than stone. And so whatever we hit shattered the core drill bit, something that’s designed to plow through rock. And so we did hit and that was one of the—that was probably the second floor that we believe we hit that tier because the first floor it’s mostly like—the way I could describe it is it looks like compost and you see the the mud flow is encapsulating what’s left of the top of the ark. So we have to be very careful um and our goal is to eventually try and preserve that top tier that is decaying um with some kind of special shellac. That’s our goal for next year. But, you know, we hit that second tier and that second floor which we believe is petrified wood. The next step is to send all the soil samples, all the samples we have taken to third-party lab testing. Um, a lot of these labs don’t even know what they’re even testing. So, there’s no bias. There’s no, you know, we were very careful because we know that there’s going to be skeptics. So, we know there’s going to be people picking apart our data, picking apart our study. So, we are trying to do everything in the right way where it will be irrefutable when we come—when we present the evidence.
**Host:** Oh, yeah. I mean, if you go to X, you’re going to get all the skeptics, of course. So, and I, you know, I’m coming at this from a totally open mind. Like, show, you know, I’m—I’ve come from the Thomas Sowell school of just show me the evidence. And so, right, I that’s what I would love to see. So, everything that you guys are doing here, like, give it time. I’d love to see the evidence here, the the the scans, the, you know, what kind of samples are coming out of here. What sort of archaeological items are you being able to pull out of here? Some of the people on X are asking like a pretty simple question. If there is really a giant wooden ship buried there, then Lauren, why haven’t you pulled out like a giant wooden beam yet? And why haven’t—if there’s, by the way, if there’s like a tourist center there and it’s been there for many, many years, why haven’t they also already pulled out some of these items that they can show off in the tourist center and say, “Here’s giant wooden beams that we found down buried there.” What do you say to those people?
**Lauren Witzke:** No, it’s a great question. Well, you know, the ark itself is buried under 5 meters of mud flow. It really is. So, it was—it started at the top of the mountain. There was earthquakes and mudslides and it—it kept it—I mean it just kind of floated down the mountain down a giant river of mud flow and covered itself in mud flow. So, it is harder to get to and that mud flow has like hardened. It’s like stone. So, we’re having to drill through that to get to the wood and the petrified wood. And because the top layer is decayed, it’s mostly just like compost. It’s a consistency of—consistency of thick or organic um you know dirt. Um, so we do have tourists that have found pieces of quartz cast, petrified wood. So it’s not the wood itself. I guess it’s what happens to the wood after it petrifies. Um, so it um, you know, it becomes like a quartz cast and I can uh, submit pictures of that. But we have had tourists find pictures of that of the ark that have broken off on the backside. So on the backside apparently people are finding—uh tourists have found pieces of petrified wood that have broken off the ark. Um, now because we are only permitted to core drill and do scans and uh as well as take soil samples, we are not allowed to dig for petrified wood. Um, that is not what we are permitted to do. Now, if a tourist finds it, that’s great. But as it stands right now, we are only allowed to do non-destructive studies to the ark. And um, you know, that is what we have found. So, we have a couple pieces of petrified wood up at the um tourist center that people have found. A couple people took them home with them. He submitted pictures to us as well and he had his tested um and it was confirmed to be um the remnants of petrified wood. So, we do have instances of petrified wood found around the ark. As far as the study goes, we won’t know until the lab testing gives us our results of the samples we took of that floor that shattered the bit.

**Host:** Um, and so from the scans, you know, again, skeptics would say, “Okay, these scans, you’re seeing different right angles. You’re seeing things that pro, you know, aren’t necessarily uh natural formations. How how do we know that these right angles um, you know, are not just simply natural sort of rock formations or these other things underneath the ground here?”
**Lauren Witzke:** Right? So it is way too complex and way too perfect to be um natural. So natural in nature you very rarely find perfect right angles. You—and multiple instances of perfect right angles. Um the way it is designed uh just the the GPR scans alone show a structure with an organized hallway pattern uh that was very well designed where everybody could access that center hallway. So I mean if if nature made it it would be like an absolute miracle and an anomaly in itself. That’s something that needs to be studied. But in addition to that because Baktar radar cannot see anything natural. It would have been invisible if it were a natural uh formation. So because of his radar specifically that only sees stuff beneath the surface that isn’t supposed to be there. That is why we know it is a man-made structure because he wouldn’t have been able to see it. It would have been completely invisible had he um you know if had it been a natural formation.
**Host:** Another skeptical—I’m just going to get all these skeptic questions for you here. Um because you know you have people like okay well critics are saying researchers involved already believe that this is Noah’s Ark. So aren’t you walking in with a confirmation bias calling it the ark thinking it’s the ark um you know walking in with—and there’s a tourist center there. So that’s what people are saying online that well if you’re going to go examine this spot then you’re clearly already believe that it’s Noah’s Ark.
**Lauren Witzke:** Well of course we believe it’s Noah’s Ark but we also understand that extraordinary claims need extraordinary evidence and we designed this entire study with the skeptic in mind. That’s why we did it the way we did. We have um an archaeological professor uh who isn’t even a Christian uh who is completely objective to it being Noah’s Ark or not. It doesn’t—it doesn’t matter to him. Um you we also have you know Dr. Baktar the US military scientist he isn’t even a Christian uh and he’s coming out and this is what his radar is seeing. So everybody—just because we believe it’s Noah’s Ark that’s why we put it through the ultimate test. We’re not afraid to like show our data with the world. We’re not afraid to have you know the the most uh you know the biggest skeptic in the world come out and study at the site themselves because we know it’s the ark. We’re willing to put it through the ultimate test. But we did design this study to uh appease the skeptic, per se, to appease the person that’s struggling with their faith. You know, we as Christians, we’re not struggling with our faith. You know, if it’s—I don’t need to find Noah’s Ark to make sure that I know that God is real, but because it’s for people. We did this for people who need tangible evidence. And we live in a world of deception. You know, even in schools right now, they’re teaching evolution as mainstream science. They’re teaching the fact that I came from an ape. I’m a descendant as an ape as mainstream science. From an idea that was made up in the late 1800s and that’s become the norm and you know we are trying to directly combat that and undo that. We want them to rewrite textbooks when we prove irrefutably that this is Noah’s Ark because that is where creation really began. We didn’t evolve over millions and millions of years. We weren’t some specks that collided and created a soul and a humanity like a mankind with the conscience. It’s not what we came from. We came from the eight survivors on the ark after the great catastrophic flood as did the rest of creation. You know, every animal we see today is a descendant of the two of every kind that went on the ark. And it’s just, you know, we—we know we were going to get pushback. So that’s why we are doing everything we can to make the evidence irrefutable. Third-party lab testing. Greatest minds in the world. Experts, you know, u geomechanical experts of like, you know, way beyond my pay grade are coming out and examining the ark. And they—they don’t have skin in the game either way. You know, they’re just—their job and their career is on the line to tell the truth. And what they are seeing is a man-made structure beneath the surface with organized patterns, chambers, corridors, three tiers, and it’s shaped like a boat.
**Host:** Yeah, it’s pretty remarkable. Especially when you—I so maybe you can talk me through like some of the the footage that you you’re sharing with us here and some of the the maybe the drone footage and some of the exclusive content that we wanted to share here. Could you walk us through what we’re seeing?
**Lauren Witzke:** Sure. So because we were core drilling, so Dr. Baktar, the defense scientist, gave us uh voids and chambers to core drill into. So we really wanted to get into the the rooms that were open and the hallways that were open. And it was interesting because you know in the Bible it says coat the inside and out with pitch. So every room is like insulated. So when we would dig we would have water from down the mountain come in and fill up the rooms. So we struggled getting really good footage in the rooms because it’s so well insulated by the pitch that Noah put on the ark. You know it was created to design—to survive a catastrophic flood. When we let that mountain mud flow water go into the rooms it wasn’t draining because it was just sitting. So, a lot of our footage is a lot of mud uh that you see within those chambers, voids, and corridors. We you do see that we do hit a floor, a flat floor. Um Gopher needs some uh he needs some uh modification. So, he had trouble because it’s so loose sediment. He’s designed to go through wombat tunnels. He was designed by Australian engineers. Uh they usually build drones that go through wombat tunnels, but because the sediment is so loose, uh he struggled and kind of just spun in place. We weren’t able to look around as much as we thought we would. Um, but you know, we’re going to go back in. We’re going to try and upgrade Gopher a little bit and see if we can go back in. But what you’re seeing is uh the rooms that were so well insulated with pitch that they kept storing water and mud and they weren’t draining. Um, which, you know, kind of backs up what the the biblical claim that coat the inside and out with pitch. He waterproofed it. You know, and I do believe that um God preserved the ark for this time. I do think that, you know, uh, that pitch was designed to survive a catastrophic flood, but also survive 40, you know, 4,300 years later for a generation that would need it the most. I do think that the timing is uh not a coincidence. I do think we are looking at some times that are, you know, really scary and it’s time to start looking, you know, to to God. You know, we’re hearing, you know, we have wars and rumors of wars and a president who seems to just be adamant to go to war. And this is the reality we’re living in today. And we’ve been deceived. We’ve been taught that we came from something else. That we weren’t made in the image and likeness of God. And I do believe that God uh had Noah preserve the ark not only to survive a catastrophic flood, but to like to survive years and years exposed to the elements for a generation that would need to see it later.
**Host:** What do we know about this location? And does it—does it comport with what you know about the the biblical tale of this? And you know, post researchers analyzing the history of the Bible plus the the story of Noah, does this location sit right at the heart of that for you?
**Lauren Witzke:** Yes. So, interestingly enough, aside from just the ark being there, we have found 26 drogue stones surrounding the ark. Now these drogue stones are these massive stones, huge uh structures that were used to balance the ark because it didn’t have sailing or a steer. Um you know they would tie these giant drogue stones to the side of the ark and there’s 26 of them surrounding the area of the Durupınar formation and it’s just more confirmation on top of that and it was used to balance the ark amidst the chaotic sea. So it wasn’t just like a light rain that God sent. It was a catastrophic event. We’re talking he opened the floodgates of the deep—volcanic activity, tsunamis, just massively chaotic waves. And that ark would need to stay steady in those waves. So they would tie these giant stones to each side to balance it out and keep it from capsizing. And you can see all along the area where they cut the drogue stones. So they’re like spread out all around the ark. But there’s 26 of them found so far. And that on top of that just is more evidence of it being Noah’s Ark, not just some random ship or a man-made city underground that’s shaped like a boat uh because of the drogue stones that were used to balance the ark amidst the chaotic seas. And they have a whole town um that also is called the Village of Eight. Now that Village of Eight that’s right beside the Durupınar formation um that is where people say that Noah’s Ark and his family—or Noah and his family first settled because there was eight survivors and all these years it’s kept the name the Village of Eight because that is where Noah reportedly and his family first settled after they came off of the ark and you know there’s all this history that’s surrounding Noah’s Ark for years and years. There Silk Road travelers uh that documented they would always detour to go to Noah’s Ark along the Silk Road so they could take pieces of the ark and sell and make good luck charms with them and sell them. So it was you know just history knows that it’s Noah’s Ark. It’s only in the last century that it was lost. And it’s interesting that it was—centuries like it was just gone. Nobody knew where it was. Nobody tried to find it and it just disappeared. And then in 1948 there was a massive earthquake that shook the earth and it shook whatever sediment and rock and whatever was on the ark and it like kind of raised it up. So it became visible again in 1948 and then that’s when people started studying it and finding it again. But ancient maps say that exact same spot from the 1500s uh was where Noah’s Ark rested because they would detour to go to it. So history remembers—it’s only recently that you know in the last century that they tried to make us forget.
**Host:** Fascinating. Do you believe that there is one smoking gun that you’re you’re hunting for that if we find this this this proves with all beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is Noah’s Ark?
**Lauren Witzke:** So, another fun thing we’re looking to do is um have it tested for ancient animal DNA. So—
**Host:** I was just about to ask you, do you—do you anticipate maybe finding I mean, I don’t know, skeletal remains or animal DNA or something like that. So, that would be the piece you’re looking for.
**Lauren Witzke:** Yes. So, fun like we’re going to have some really fun announcements coming out uh of people that we’re partnering with who, you know, it’s interesting that some of these big world organizations know that this is Noah’s Ark. Like, they just know—they’ve reached out to us privately. They’ve asked, you know, um you know, if they can get samples, they can study it. But we will be partnering with a group who specializes in um ancient animal DNA. So we will be sending our core samples to this group and we’ll be making that announcement uh via press release hopefully by the end of this week. Um but yes, ancient animal DNA we do believe is the smoking gun. We wanted to find inscriptions because we know that they lived in the ark for years and years and years or for—in the the ark for months and months and months. They probably kept tallies of the days or kept tallies of you know feedings or whatever. So the goal is inscriptions eventually when we are able to excavate when we get permits to excavate. But until then, ancient animal DNA um ’cause you know they lived on the ark for a year, there’s going to be animal DNA in there of the original two kinds that were on the ark. It’s not all the species you see today, the millions and millions of species. It was probably like 5,000 animals because God said two of every kind. So we have two dogs, two cats, two marsupials, two rodents, you know, that kind of thing. And all the breeds you see today came from the two original. So we have adaptation and breeding and that’s where we got all these different kinds of uh species from the original two on the ark. So the ancient animal DNA will be able to tell us what the original two cats and the original two dogs looked like. So that is also something that we are going to be studying with the core drilling samples. We made sure we took uh samples from the floors of the tiers um you know where you know the animals will be stored. We took them from all the different voids. So they will be sent uh with a—in a partnership with a uh an organization who specializes in studying animal and and ancient animal DNA. So that is the smoking gun we believe.

**[Health segment / The Wellness Company promotion]**
**Host:** Could heart inflammation after the pandemic go unnoticed? Well, a peer-reviewed review by Dr. Peter McCullough and epidemiologist Nicholas Hulscher warns that subclinical myocarditis, which is silent heart inflammation, may affect millions of vaccinated people. In some cases, fatal cardiac arrest can be the first sign. Warning signs include chest discomfort, palpitations, exercise intolerance, lightheadedness when standing up, irregular heart or blood pressure. The cause—spike protein buildup inside of our bodies. So together with The Wellness Company, a follow-up study was published showing the power of nattokinase, the only enzyme shown to help clear the body of lingering spike proteins, the cause of many of these post-pandemic health problems. So chief author Dr. Peter McCullough and friend of the show says this study is by far the most comprehensive paper on nattokinase in the medical literature. So that’s where The Wellness Company’s Ultimate Spike Detox comes in. Developed by Dr. Peter McCullough’s clinical research. It combines nattokinase, bromelain, turmeric, and selenium to support detox and healthy circulation. 100,000 people take The Wellness Company’s Ultimate Spike Detox annually. It’s something we can still all benefit from. So, head over to twwc.health/redacted and use the code redacted to get 10% off every order. Again, that’s twwc.health/redacted and use the code redacted to get 10% off.

**Host:** Let me go back to one of the skeptical questions. So, this is one of probably the biggest one online. I’m sure you’ve seen the 1996 paper um by is it uh Lawrence Collins, the geologist and I think it was former ark—and for yeah, Fasold, David Fasold, the who was an ark proponent who really believed that this was the site of—
**Lauren Witzke:** Yes.
**Host:** —of Noah’s Ark. So, there’s a little backstory to that, too, because I asked Andrew Jones about that, who was our founder of Noah’s Ark Scans, and he worked with Fasold. He was actually really good friends with him, and he said, um, you know, this is what I can say. So, Fasold knew it was an ark, believed it was an ark. He spent his life savings studying the ark. I think there was a little um tiff that went on between him and Ron Wyatt at the time. There was some bad blood that happened there. He had spent all his money and he was proposed uh you know an offer uh you know we can’t confirm this uh but we do know that he started—evolutionist uh types started you know really pursuing him um at a time where he was vulnerable where he was out of money he was frustrated he was offended and then that paper came out. So that’s what we can say and that—that we know for a fact. We don’t know if there was you know a money exchange behind the scenes. We don’t know. It’s we suspect but we don’t know. But also before he died in the weeks that before he died he completely backtracked.
**Lauren Witzke:** [clears throat] So before he died he was—he backtracked from from his paper—
**Host:** His—yes. Yes. So originally he was—yeah. Can you just tell our audience what the paper said and then how he backtracked?
**Lauren Witzke:** Yes. So it basically said it’s just a bogus site. It’s a natural formation. Ignore everything and all the studies that we’ve done before because this is—they’re just—it’s just a bogus natural geological anomaly out there. Um it’s not a boat, it’s not a ship, it’s not Noah’s Ark and they’re scamming you. That’s basically what Fasold uh wrote in conjunction with these people who were not Christians. They were very pro-evolutionist um agenda and somehow he got in with those people. We don’t really know what happened. And it was kind of a blindsiding, I think, to a lot of people who did study the ark with him. They were, you know, ’cause he—he believed it was the ark, he led the charge. Um, and a lot of people followed him, uh, you know, when he believed it was the ark and followed his research. And then out of nowhere, he just kind of flipped and published this paper calling it complete malarkey. And everybody who was associated with him was kind of like, wow, what happened? We—we don’t know. Um but before he died, he did um say he said you know that ark it does need to be studied. There is something out there. He said there is something—certainly something out there and it needs to be studied. Um and he was telling people that they needed to continue the search. So that is what he said before he died.
**Host:** Um did he have any of the tools that you guys have? I mean so did he—have the technologies changed radically in the last few years.
**Lauren Witzke:** Right. So I’m asking that—he didn’t have the same level of tools that you guys have now.
**Host:** No.
**Lauren Witzke:** And then there was also a 1980s core drilling study that was done and they used water uh to cool the bit and it washed all the data away. Like it just ruined everything. So that entire study was void and they’re like oh well they core drilled in the 80s and didn’t prove anything. It’s like no they—the study was botched and you know they had to void everything because the water contaminated the samples. So there’s like been a lot of studies that have been done with old technology but it’s—it’s a whole new world. You know, we now have radar that can see beneath the surface as clear as like it’s looking through a window. You know, it’s just amazing how quickly technology is advanced. And it’s funny that people want to be conclusive on studies that were done, a dynamite study that was done in the 60s where they threw dynamite at the ark and said, “Oh, it’s a geological formation.” You know, and in the 80s it was a botched study and they’re like, “Oh, well, it’s a geological formation.” You know, it’s funny because everybody knows that technology is advanced. If we were studying the USS Yankee, nobody would question our findings at all. But because of the implications that come with it being Noah’s Ark, that’s why people don’t want us to study with advanced technology. They want to accept the old results. They don’t want uh to hear new results with new uh advanced technology because they’re—they’re comfortable with the old results of it not being Noah’s Ark. They’re comfortable with there not being a God that holds them accountable. Uh they’re comfortable with that. So people, it’s—it’s amazing how people don’t want us to study it with the advanced technology we have available to us today that they didn’t have back then.
**Host:** One thing that stood out to me is when you’re talking about this radar technology or this scanning technology uh that’s used and he mentioned a spaceship to you. Um, I’m sure you’re aware of like the ancient astronaut theorists who also have some things to say about Noah and um that it might not necessarily have been a wooden boat, but even maybe a more sort of radical interpretation that it might be some kind of vessel that was used to protect these animals and and humans. Um that that in fact there was this warning that was coming from I don’t know an advanced civilization or something. Uh what do you say to that and when he said spaceship I just thought huh there’s might be really interesting angle there. I’m just curious your thoughts on that.
**Lauren Witzke:** Yes. So ’cause we told—we were asking him he was like oh no it’s a structure down there it’s not geological. It’s like okay well could it be Noah’s Ark? And he was like I can’t say that because it could be a spaceship. We’re like what—what do you mean it could be a spaceship? He’s like, “It—it looks like it could be a spaceship.” I’m like, “Well, what have you been doing for the US military where that looks like a spaceship to you? A big old—” Well, it does look like a Star Destroyer from Star Wars. It is in the shape of one, but I found that very fascinating that the guy that works for the Department of Defense is one of their top uh, you know, US defense scientists and contractors, the guy they call when they need to find something beneath the surface that he thinks it’s a space shuttle. And I do hear the theories, you know, that they think it was more metaphorical, that, you know, it was like a—a maybe like an ark, but they kept like DNA and the technology was way more advanced. Of course, I believe the original account, which it was two by two animals. It wasn’t, you know, DNA stored in this uh super advanced alien space shuttle. But I do find it interesting that the guy who works for the military, his first assumption was that it was a spaceship. And it’s almost like, okay, what have you seen? And like what are they showing you where you’re thinking this is a space shuttle. Um tells me that he’s been doing some other stuff that you know and they’re doing other things behind the scenes that we don’t know about and you know of course he’s under NDAs and he can’t tell me but I did find that very fascinating. Um that was his first assumption.
**Host:** I would love to know if he’s been to Greenland to see what what many have reported a massive spaceship that’s there and where we are planning to build a brand new military base conveniently by the way.
**Lauren Witzke:** Interesting—right on top of it. Um that is—it is very interesting because he—he said it so matter-of-factly like he was so sure you know oh no it could be a spaceship you know it looks like it could be it’s like okay well how do you know what it looks like if you know what a spaceship looks like you know a buried underground ancient spaceship so it was—it was interesting um and I’d be interested in learning more about that too but yeah I mean what if we do find some sort of you know metal and I guess this is what those core samples will tell you of course if we find some sort of metal beyond petrified wood that’s there. Some sort of an alloy that we don’t even know about. Uh would certainly be—it is interesting. The place is covered like the rocks are green from the metal. Um like they say it’s like from high iron uh that’s out there. Of course, we’re going to be testing all of that. Apparently, there have been nails found in the past allegedly. Uh so we are verifying that as well. All of this we can’t verify. Ron Wyatt did a ton of studies in the 80s. None of his people will give us any other data. None other people will share anything with us. We’ve had to start from scratch. But there has been a lot of reports of things found metal uh wise out at the site. And if you look like a lot of the rocks are just green from—if I have—from green from the the metal runoff um that’s there. So there is some kind of high metallic you know substance out there. Um but we’ll know more when we get the third-party lab testing in. And you know, I don’t know, like a spaceship, I guess it has to be made of some kind of metal or something of this world. But he said, Dr. Baktar said, he said, “I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve never seen anything made out of this as well.” And then I told him, I was like, “Well, you know, the Bible says he coated the wood inside and out with pitch.” He couldn’t tell us what it was made of based on his scans. Somebody who identifies everything, you know, he—he couldn’t tell us what it was made of. He said, “I’ve never seen anything like it before.” Um, which is interesting whether that’s a divine design that God gave Noah in a way to preserve the wood of the ark or it’s, you know, maybe he’s right, it’s spaceship. I don’t—I don’t think it’s a spaceship. I think it’s, you know, it’s an ancient boat. But, you know, fascinating that he couldn’t tell me what it was made of. Um, and if anybody could tell you, it’s the—it’s the rock expert, you know, with 10 degrees and a PhD in geomechanics. You know, it’s just amazing what he—he’s a brilliant man. But he couldn’t tell me what it was made of based on his scans because he’d never seen anything like it.
**Host:** Based on your time there, how much time do you expect to continue with these scans and the research there? Um, like what’s next for—what’s next for this investigation?
**Lauren Witzke:** So, the the area is about to freeze over. So, it spends about 10 months like frozen under ice. So, it’s about to wrap up. Um, and then we are going to then we go into the phase of just lab testing. So, it’s going to be all winter. We’re going to be uh studying the samples. We took um you know, the the parts of the floor that broke the bit. Uh we took samples from the exposed rims of the ark uh as well. Um and then also just planning and uh you know, praying for next year that we get the permits to excavate, that we get permits to for preservation um to salvage what is decaying of the top tier. Um there are ways to salvage it and you know that is what our goal is next. Um dig it up. You know I—I want to prove to the world that it’s a ship under there. The best way to do it is to dig it up. So prepare permits for that um with the Turkish government, God willing, that they give us the permits and then give the results of this study uh in a final report um you know with all the radar scans, all the soil samples, all the core samples that we’ve taken and hopefully prove to the world irrefutably that it’s Noah’s Ark this winter.
**Host:** Are you getting pushback from any areas around the world? Are there any factions that are trying to keep you—other than just getting permits, but are there—are there factions that are trying to keep you from trying to reveal the truth?
**Lauren Witzke:** So, there is this group of uh they—they believe they have Noah’s Ark on Mount Ararat and they’ve caused us a lot of problems. They—it’s impossible for it to be on Mount Ararat because Mount Ararat is post-flood stratovolcano. So, it came later, but they have—they’re the ones I we do believe are complaining to the government—the local governor saying that we’re a bunch of rogue Americans illegally digging and they’ve gotten the studies shut down a couple times. Um, you know, even right now they almost got us shut down again. We were able to show the governor our permits and be like, “Hey, no, we are doing everything that we’re allowed to do.” Um, and yes, there’s been three attempts to shut us down. Two have been successful, but also Andrew was robbed. So, interestingly enough, he started getting um knocks on the middle of the night, like 1:00 a.m. between 3:00 a.m. people banging on his door. They were speaking English, saying, you know, “Come out here. We’re going to kill you.” You know, all this stuff. So, he went and stayed with a friend. We told him, we’re like, you have to get out of there. You got to go stay with a friend. So, they know where you live. Go. So, he went and stayed with a friend. And then he sent his friend over to get some clothes or something. And his friend said like the padlock was busted, the door was flown open, his house was ransacked, and they only took stuff that had storage. So like the computer uh brain of the computer, they took his laptops, they took his memory cards, they took his camera uh cameras as well, anything that could have had storage. But they left like the computer screen. They left the printer. They left the expensive microphone. They left things of more value, but took things that they believed had Noah’s Ark—Noah’s Ark research on it, which it did. And thankfully, uh, Andrew had copies of everything on memory cards that he takes with him everywhere. He doesn’t let them out of his sight. So we—nothing of value was lost, but people broke into his home, ransacked his place, and tried to steal evidence of what they thought was Noah’s Ark. Why? So they could hide it from the world. We don’t know. But that was—and we don’t know who did it. We know that they were speaking English. They don’t believe it was locals. The locals have been really good to them. They like the tourism that it brings. Um it’s good for their economy. They’ve been very friendly. And of course, they’re the ones that gave us the permits in the first place. We don’t believe it was local job. It was some kind of English-speaking outsider who specifically went to terrorize, scare him, and then steal his evidence. And that just happened. Um, it’s really been—the pushback has been unreal. It really has been. If—if if we’re just studying a pile of rocks, I don’t think we’d be experiencing this. I do think there’s like a spiritual component as well because [snorts] people have been nasty. I like I said, if we were studying the USS Yankee shipwreck, nobody would care, you know, nobody would question our findings because the implications of what we’re studying. And I do believe we’re over the target because we wouldn’t be having to fight like this. We wouldn’t be under such attack like this if we were just studying a pile of rocks. I—I don’t—I don’t think that we would be experiencing this kind of pushback.
**Host:** Yeah. I’ll get you out of here on this. I want to ask you about the Nephilim part [clears throat] of this—the questions around the Nephilim because as you know in the book of Genesis the the—the I guess sons of God or the the Nephilim um story is introduced I think right before the flood or right around that same period. And there are those of course ancient astronaut theorists and believe and others that maybe this—the Nephilim were involved in in this ark somehow. Uh maybe the building of it. I we don’t exactly know but can you address that and what do you think—do you think that part of the story is relevant to your investigation?
**Lauren Witzke:** So there’s two different theories to who the Nephilim are. You know, whether they were a descendants of um you know, uh the—they were saying like it’s a bad line of humanity and then there’s a good line of humanity and that’s enough where doesn’t make sense because the sons of God were even referenced later in the Bible as angelic beings. So Genesis does say that they come—the angels came down um they saw that the women were fair and then they started breeding and they created this hybrid race of species. Well, also I do find it interesting that the book of Enoch was also found in the Dead Sea Scrolls. Um, I do believe, you know, the the book of uh Enoch does say that it was not uh meant for an early generation. It was meant for a later generation. Um, just like I believe the preservation of the ark was safe for a later generation. Same with the book of Enoch. It was for a later generation. It was never supposed to be canonized. But it does say, it goes into that verse more, which was very vague. It says, “And there was Nephilim in those days, and they were men of um renown.” Um, I do believe that the Nephilim were a descendant of those fallen angels and the women uh of mankind that came together and created this hybrid race of species. And you know, that’s why God sent the flood. He said he looked down on earth and saw that mankind had been corrupted. So the seed of mankind had been corrupted—our DNA with interbreeding with these angelic beings and creating this hybrid race because Satan can’t—can’t create anything. He can only pervert what God has created. So what he did was he pervert—he created this perverse abomination of uh God’s perfect seed that he had created which was mankind. So that’s why God sent the flood. But not only that, it talks about how they were uh committing sins against birds and beasts and reptiles and doing this crossbreeding. It was an angelic uh divine uh kind of uh science that they were and black magic that they were teaching people to do. And I do believe that’s where we have all these crossbreeded abominations. I believe that’s where dinosaurs came from. I think they were a Nephilim experiment that was wiped away in the flood. Um you know and there I do believe that is why God sent the flood and that’s why he had to send a flood that covered the mountaintops another 15 meters after you know the flood because the Nephilim were these men of renown that would survive a regular you know flash flood um they were giants in those days so you know he had to send a global catastrophic flood to not only wash away the Nephilim but also wash away their experiments of these creatures that and these abominations they had created. And you know there’s is uh you know theories going all the way back to Greek mythology about these men of renown like Hercules and Apollo and all these Greek gods who are demigods who are half human half um and half like some divine god being. And I do believe that kind of traces back to uh you know the days of the Nephilim because that’s what they were. They were uh these demigods that dwelled on the earth and they ruled over man and they started to consume them and then they started to teach them these black magic that created and just perverted and corrupted the whole world and that’s why God sent the flood in the first place.
**Host:** Well, and I know we have the skeletons at the Smithsonian. So, we do have—we do have in the basement. Yeah. You can’t go see them, but they’re there. Um anyway, this is incredible. Lauren, I hope you’ll um come back. I hope you’ll update us here as this investigation continues. Obviously, you’re hitting the freezing stages of everything now, but uh you know, anything we can do to uh to to help get this message out and try to uncover the truth, we are there with you. So, thank you so much for sharing your time and this investigation with us. We really appreciate it.
**Lauren Witzke:** Absolutely. Thank you so much. Follow us on noahsarkscans.com to find out the evidence of the results of the winter lab testing.

A massif is a compact group of connected mountains or a principal mountain mass that forms an independent section of a larger mountain range and contains one or more summits. Ararat is a massif.
- Greater Ararat (Büyük Ağrı): The highest peak in Turkey, standing at an elevation of 5,137 meters (16,854 feet).
- Little Ararat (Küçük Ararat or Sis): A smaller secondary volcanic cone located to the southeast, standing at 3,896 meters (12,782 feet).
Is the New Testament credible? There are places where it is not credible.
Did our teachers know everything? No.
Did Carl Sagan know everything? No.
Is the output of Elon Musk better than the output of his counterparts in China? No.
Given the greatest mathematicians up to 2015. There have been discoveries in Math by AI and quantum computers that the mathematicians in 2015 and before did not know. So, they didn’t know everything either.
And if one blocks news reports of findings and new research, one will not know the must up-to-date findings.
Have there been discoveries made by people outside of ivory towers.? Yes.
= = = = = =
1. Mary Anning — major prehistoric fossil discoveries
Where: Lyme Regis, England
Discovery: Anning uncovered and excavated important ichthyosaur fossils, a nearly complete plesiosaur skeleton, and the pterosaur Dimorphodon.
She had little formal education and worked as an independent fossil collector and dealer. Her discoveries transformed scientific understanding of prehistoric life.
2. Michael Ventris — decipherment of Linear B
Where: Independent research, Britain
Discovery: In 1952, the architect Michael Ventris deciphered Linear B, the writing system used in Mycenaean Greece. He demonstrated that it recorded an early form of Greek.
Ventris was not a PhD-trained academic when he made the breakthrough. He subsequently collaborated with classicist John Chadwick to publish the results.
3. Frank Calvert — identification of the site of ancient Troy
Where: Hisarlik, in modern-day Turkey
Discovery: Frank Calvert, a diplomat and amateur archaeologist, investigated Hisarlik and concluded that it was the likely location of ancient Troy. He excavated there in the 1860s and persuaded Heinrich Schliemann to pursue the site.
Calvert’s work was foundational to the subsequent excavations, although Schliemann became much more famous.
What these examples demonstrate
| Person | Academic PhD at time of discovery? | Major contribution |
|---|---|---|
| Mary Anning | No | Prehistoric fossils |
| Michael Ventris | No | Decipherment of Linear B |
| Frank Calvert | No | Identification and excavation of Troy’s site |
The broader lesson is that academic credentials and the validity of a discovery are two different questions. Evidence, methods, reproducibility, and independent verification determine whether a claim stands up—not simply whether the person making it has a PhD or works at a university.
One qualification: these were not all discoveries made entirely in isolation. Ventris collaborated with an academic classicist, and Calvert’s work was followed by extensive archaeological investigation. That does not negate their contributions; it illustrates how discoveries made outside established academic careers can subsequently be tested and developed by the wider scholarly community.

and in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, the ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat.
= = = =
And why doesn’t the NRSV say on the Ararat massive, @Robert?
Which mountain was it, Greater Ararat or Little Ararat?
Remove all of the subcategories because none of it is credible. Most of the subcategories are connected to a Bible with credibility issues.
The lady you and BJH1960 are criticizing said the Ararat massif had a kingdom.
-
Urartu — the ancient kingdom, whose heartland lay around Lake Van and extended across parts of what are now eastern Turkey, Armenia, and northwestern Iran.
-
Ararat — the biblical Hebrew form of the name associated with Urartu.
-
Mount Ararat — the modern European name for the volcanic massif; the mountain’s identification with biblical Ararat developed later.[Image Can Not Be Found]Oxford Academic+2
One point worth emphasizing for historical research: the kingdom’s own inscriptions called its territory Biainili, whereas Urartu was the name used in Assyrian sources.
So, this lady is smarter than the two of you about some points of interest regarding the bible verse.
Thank credibility for her teaching us something neither the two of you could bring up and teach us.
Lauren Witzke is her name.

Volcanic mountains can exist for hundreds of thousands of years.
Were there volcanoes after the Sumer and Hebrew Bible flood events? Probably so.
I could write a comment on the video pointing that out.
But she is absolutely write to have people interested in the Noah accounts or the Sumer accounts realize there is NOT one Mount Ararat, there is Greater Ararat and Lesser Ararat.
Then we can go on add the details her research produced with the best equipment available, better than equipment used in the past–if the ark was used for keeping species. Her findings add detail to the ship/boat building activity going on back then.
Second, has there been a case where a discoverer/researcher made accurate discoveries but had flawed interpretations as you claim for Lauren Witzke? Yes.
William Matthew Flinders Petrie — the interpretation of Egyptian chronology. Petrie made important archaeological discoveries and helped establish systematic pottery-based dating. However, his early chronological interpretations of predynastic Egyptian remains were subsequently revised as additional archaeological evidence and improved dating methods became available. His discoveries were real; aspects of their initial chronological interpretation were incorrect.
And you wonder why I have the wisdom to cautiously answer your question ? ? ? ?

It seems to me the central problem is ** you do not have permission to see this link **
Are they unable to understand or just don’t want to? I haven’t a clue.
But frankly I’m past the point of caring.
