Another credible source of information.
Her willingness to go against the grain and support unpopular notions such as the flat earth should be commended. A woman of solid principle.

And why doesn’t the NRSV say on the Ararat massive, @Robert?Because it is a translation of the Hebrew.
So, this lady is smarter than the two of you about some points of interest regarding the bible verse.
How so? Did she explain the Hebrew to you? Does she even know Hebrew?
And you wonder why I have the wisdom to cautiously answer your question ? ? ? ?
But you haven’t answered my questions, neither cautiously nor spontaneously. You’re still avoiding my questions. Why are you avoiding my questions about the credibility of your source and whether or not you also believe in some of her other claims? By ‘cautious’, do you mean ‘fear’? Are you afraid to answer the questions for some reason? You’re among friends here. No need for caution or fear. It is just a discussion, and a friendly one at that? Why so cautiously avoidant, Steefen?
You have been answered. You do not like the answer.
The lady traveled to Turkey with a case to present to the people who give permission to do research and got the appropriate license to do research.
Research requires more than one person. The lady arranged for equipment to do research.
She began that research and reported her findings and will report more findings.
How much would that cost? She has credibility with the Turkish officials who granted her permission. And She has credibility with the people who have the necessary equipment needed for her research design.
You cannot take that away from her.

The forum is never going to be the place most of us envisage, where people of different beliefs respectfully and rationally approach issues, as long as they are permitted to carry on and all efforts are spent trying to curtail their non-stop nonsense.Start a thread on who you think should be banned and why. If not banned, some other limitations placed on them? See how much support there is. Judith has expressed support for some kind of ‘three strikes’ provision.
Personally, I think three or four people here never contribute much of anything of value and the forum would be improved by their removal. But they or others probably think the same of me.
Not only of you but Judith and BJH1960.

The NRSV has no footnotes? That is not an acceptable scholarly response.
Knowing Hebrew is not the answer to everything and it will not answer what is going on with the Sumer accounts. This is why you need to be banned.

Knowing Hebrew was merely sufficient to say that the NRSV provides a translation only of this Hebrew sentence. A translation of the Hebrew is not attempting to explain Sumerian accounts.
A translation of the Hebrew should attempt to explain what it translated and what is actually there: a massif of the Greater Ararat and the Lesser Ararat.
