I would like to extend my sincere apologies for canceling my trip. This message serves as an acknowledgment of my disappointment regarding this decision. I genuinely looked forward to the opportunity to meet you. I noticed that you have another trip scheduled soon, and I intend to inquire about the final payment deadline for this excursion. I hope you have an enjoyable experience in May, and perhaps I may have the chance to join the trip in June.
For the record, I had completed all payments for the June trip; however, unforeseen circumstances necessitated my cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
