Those of you who were planning to go have probably been notified, but in any event: The Smithsonian lectures on Heaven and Hell scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday March 14) have now been cancelled.
Keep safe!

Boo. Hiss.
Some of my friends in healthcare think that we’re about two to three weeks away from experiencing a surge in the outbreak of the virus, so shutting everything down is the appropriate action. Some of my other friends think the media is causing mass panic for no reason. A few think it’s an attempt to crash our economy because the media can’t stand the thought that we are successful under the current administration.
I’m just gonna stay in (not much choice there anyway!) and see how this unfolds now that I’ve got plenty of tp. 🙂
Is the lecture cancelled? The Smithsonian Associates website implies that the decision to reschedule or cancel is not yet decided.
It is being rescheduled for Sept. 12.
